DiamanteDesk is an open-source, easy-to-use help-desk solution whose support ticketing system helps bring the quality of your customer care to a new level. This customer service software is based on a modern technology stack, including PHP 5, Symfony2, Oro Platform, and Bootsrap, that provides high reliability, scalability, flexibility, and customizability to meet unique business needs. DiamanteDesk provides deep integrations with OroCRM systems, eCommerce solutions (Magento, Prestashop, Shopify, eBay, Amazon, etc.), and bug-tracking/project management tools (Jira, YouTrack, Redmine, Basecamp, etc.).

Installation via Marketplace
System > Package Manager to install it from OroCRM Marketplace.
Installation via Composer
As of 1.1 release we do not support composer installation. OroCRM integration package should only be installed via Oro Marketplace.
